Our goal is to ensure you receive authentic, fresh, and damage-free skincare products. Because skincare items fall under personal use categories, returns are only accepted under specific conditions listed below. Please read carefully before placing an order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order only if:
- The product arrived damaged, leaked, or broken
- You received the wrong item
- The product is expired upon arrival
- The packaging is severely damaged during transit
Note:
Opened, used, or tested products cannot be returned, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used skincare products
- Opened packaging
- Products purchased during sales or bundle discounts
- Items without original packaging
- Change-of-mind or dislike of texture/fragrance
4. Return Process
If your order meets the eligibility criteria:
- Contact us within 3 days
- Share order number, unboxing video, and clear photos of the issue
- Our team will verify the claim
- Once approved, we will offer:
- Replacement of the same product
- OR store credit of the product value
Note: We do not offer cash refunds.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the mistake is ours (wrong/expired/damaged item), return shipping is free.
- If customer provides incomplete shipping details, delivery charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items after verification.
7. International Orders
International orders are not eligible for returns due to customs and shipping limitations.
